Android 4.4.4 KitKat Problems: Android 4.4.4 KitKat update has begun rolling out to India. Currently, Android 4.4.4. is rolling-out OTA (over-the-air) to Nexus mobile devices and Nexus 5 handsets in India will be the first candidate to steam out previous Android 4.4.3 update problems.
The Andrid 4.4.4 KitKat problems and fixes are related to security-specific issues, especially problems linked to an OpenSSL bug. The Nexus 5 update website reads, “”The software update will upgrade your Nexus 5 to 4.4.4, which improves performance, security, stability and fixes bugs.”
Would you believe Android 4.4.4 KitKat problems are fixed by a Google update that is as miniscule as 2.5MB – less than the RAM on some smartphones. Another piece of trivia to keep in mind is that the Android 4.4.4 KitKat is an incremental upgrade from the 4.4.3, released recently and updates to version KTU84P.
