The Apple has unveiled its updated MacBook Pro and iMac with a lower price.
According to The Christian Science Monitor , the iMac desktop computer has a higher resolution, 27-inch screen, a faster processor with Retina 5K display featuring a breathtaking 14.7 million pixel display and costs $1,999.
The 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina features a new style of trackpad, longer battery life, faster flash storage and starts at $1,999.
Philip Schiller, the senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing of Apple said that the company is excited to bring the new Force Touch trackpad, according to the press release of Apple .
“The response to the new MacBook and updated 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display has been amazing, and today we are thrilled to bring the new Force Touch trackpad, faster flash storage and longer battery life to the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display,” Schiller.
“Customers love the groundbreaking iMac with Retina 5K display, and now with a new lower starting price, even more people can experience the best desktop we’ve ever made.” Furthermore, the new iMac with Retina 5K display has 67 percent more pixels as compared to the 4K display.
It offers 3.3 GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 processor with Turbo Boost Speeds of up to 3.7 GHz.
Also, it features an AMD Radeon R9 M290 graphics, 8GB memory, 1TB storage as well as four USB 3.0 ports and two Thunderbolt two parts that deliver up to 20Gbps each.
On the other hand, the top-end iMac with Retina 5K display has price starts at $2,999 and it offers 3.5 GHz quad-core Intel Core i5, 1TB Fusion Drive and AMD Radeon R9 M290X graphics.
Moreover, MackBook Pro features a Force Touch trackpad, which offers “new dimensions of interactivity to the Mac” and allows the user to click anywhere they like “with a uniform feel and customize the amount of pressure needed to register each click.
