“Juno” Star Ellen Page took Twitter to ask Republican Governor Rick Perry “Are you for real?” after the latter compared homosexuality to being an alcoholic.

The Texas governor was with the members of the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco when he was quoted saying “Whether or not you feel compelled to follow a particular lifestyle or not, you have the ability to decide not to do that.”
“I may have the genetic coding that I’m inclined to be an alcoholic, but I have the desire not to do that, and I look at the homosexual issue the same way,” he added.
Criticisms against the governor appeared in Ellen Page Twitter from other social media users who bashed what the Texas Governor Rick Perry said.
