Henry Cavill News 2014: Few weeks ago, Henry Cavill’s new “Man of Steel” costume for the “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” movie is seemingly disclosed online. A published photo from the online site Comic Book Movie appears to be a clay bust or mould of Superman’s costume, but few weeks ago, Batman News reported that it is a Superman statue at least 15 feet tall.
“It is standing on some steps that have been constructed. They look like the types of steps in front of a government building. They are concrete-ish in color. There isn’t a background, so I assume this will be green-screened and dropped into some other shot,” Chad, a Batman News reader said.
Recently, a report from the same website said that a Michigan native “Bananadoc” went to the old GM building across the street from the Michigan Motion Picture Studios in Pontiac to grab the photo of the statue that is still being constructed. Even it is not yet finished; you can clearly see that it is Superman. Behind it is a wide green screen.
Meanwhile, Warner Bros. released the short clip of an interview with Henry Cavill, who will reprise his role as Superman in the film. This is to promote the prequel of the Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. According to Batman News, the present age Superman talks about his favorite moments from Man of Steel, his favorite Superman villain, Ben Affleck as Batman, the sequel, and more.
“I’m sure he’ll be fantastic above all else. As a filmmaker he’s got his own style, he’s not copying anyone else,” Cavill speaking about Ben Affleck as Batman according to HNGN. “And he’s also being tenacious with his career.”
In the interview, Cavill said that his life is never the same as before.
“My life has become different altogether since the movie came out. To play such an important character in so many peoples lives is an honour, I hope I do it justice”, Cavill says.
