Another Jeremy Renner movie is set to hit the big screen as the main man of “Bourne Legacy” and “Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters” stars in dramatic-thriller “Kill The Messenger” set to hit the big screen on October 10. The actor will also be reprising his role as William Brandt for “Mission Impossible 5” together with Tom Cruise.
Based from the 2006 book of Nick Shou of the same title, the movie circles around the life of Gary Webb, an award-winning journalist in mid-1990s. Webb, who is a Pulitzer Prize winner, made noise on his fearless exposure and attacks regarding the connection between the CIA-supported Nicaraguan contras and the crack-cocaine epidemic in United States, especially in Los Angeles.
He has also gained enemies and threats from due to whistle-blowing.
