Kristen Stewart On the Road success, as well as with her performance in the Twilight series, has strengthened her career as an actress. In fact, she is one of the most talked-about actresses today, particularly because of something that Joan Rivers said about her.
Rivers is presently advertising a new book of hers, entitled “Diary of a Mad Diva.” Stewart is reportedly fuming about a passage that Rivers’ wrote in the memoir. In this portion of the book, Rivers definitely did not hold back in talking about the scandalous affair between Stewart and Rupert Sanders, the director of “Snow White and the Huntsman”, who also happens to be a married man.
Rivers wrote, “Many stars only do one thing well. Of course, the best one-trick-pony is Kristen Stewart, who got a whole career by being able to juggle a director’s balls.”
The book was just recently published, and Rivers was more than happy to tell TMZ that she was “now being sued by Kristen Stewart.” She said, “Her lawyer contacted my lawyer, which shows the sense of humor she has. Zero.”
However, despite the claims that Rivers has publicized, a source has informed HollywoodLife that Stewart, apparently, has changed her mind about suing and no longer has plans to pursue legal action. The source said, “The reason that Kristen backed down from suing Joan Rivers was because she didn’t want people to talk about the Rupert Sanders incident again. That was the moment that ruined her relationship with Rob and affected her career, with some people thinking she was and is a home-wrecker. She now thinks people have mostly forgotten about that incident. If she went through with suing Joan, it would cause so much unwanted and unneeded media attention, that at the end of the day it was easier to refrain from suing.
It looks like Kirsten Stewart On the Road success, as well as with other movies, have made Stewart a smart one. Her representatives then added, “Kirsten thought, ‘Why help sell Joan’s book by raising attention to it?'”
