RHOBH Lisa Vanderpump Loses Villa Blanca Trial

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump made a misleading text about the victory of her recent trial, according to.

“Victory! It was principal, manager of vb vindicated by the jury unanimously on all charges, been a rough ten days at trial #truthprevailed,” RHOBH’s Vanderpump had tweeted.

A Los Angeles jury in the case exonerated assistant manager Michael Govia of liability, but found that the Villa Blanca acted with malice against former restaurant employee, Karina Bustillos.

Karina, who alleged she was sexually harassed by an assistant manager during the time she worked at the Beverly Hills restaurant, was reportedly awarded $6, 250.

The jury’s decision that the restaurant “acted with malice,” allowed Karin Bustillos’ attorneys to proceed with an attempt to win punitive damages.

The panel will hear evidence regarding that part of the trial on Tuesday, according to the website.

“We’re pleased they found in favor of Ms. Bustillos and against Villa Blanca,” stated the plaintiff’s attorney, Lisa Maki.

The second part of the trial could not go forward because Bustillos’ lawyers stated that they were not provided tax returns and other records needed to establish the net worth of the restaurant.

Maki reportedly confirmed that the only documents turned over were unauthenticated profit-and-loss statements.

Bustillos worked at Villa Blanca for about 14 months until September 2012, according to the publication

In the midst of Lisa’s stressful trial, the RHOBH cast member’s former homes in England and the south of France were revealed on

We have to admit, the places are almost as stunning Lisa’s home in Beverly Hills.
