News reported that the 37-year-old vows he’ll do anything to reawaken their passion for each other.
“I never should have raised my voice or made you feel so small, I should’ve kissed you longer, I should’ve held you stronger, And I’ll wait for forever for you,” the lyrics of the song says.
The music video includes the many close-up shots of Thicke’s face and flashes of a sexy woman. According to E! News, the singer is also shown “crying and wiping tears from his eyes before they show a close-up of his wedding ring.”
Meanwhile, Paula Patton opens up about her recent split from Robin Thicke up in the June 2014 issue of Vanity Fair. The actress said she feels bonded to her estranged musician husband for life. She also added that she doesn’t close the door of reconciliation between her Thicke.
Thicke’s new album Paula is completely dedicated to Patton. Songs like “You’re My Fantasy,” “Love Can Grow Back” and “Too Little Too Late” are included in the track list.
According to Page Six, this isn’t the first time Alan Thicke’s son has publicly begged for his wife to take him back.
The singer addressed the crowd during a March concert at Madison Square Garden, saying, “We gotta learn to forgive each other, you know, learn to love each other, no matter who it is in your family or relationship … Hold on tight to the one you love.”
Thicke and Patton are high school sweethearts who met in Los Angeles when Thicke was just 14 and Patton, 16. They married in 2005 and had their only child, son Julian Fuego, in April 2010.
Thicke and Patton split back in February after over 20 years together.
