As Ronda Rousey’s next fight looms, UFC analyst Joe Rogan says “Rowdy” and UFC bantamweight contender Bryan Caraway should face each other. The veteran analyst also believes that both fighters can talk their way into fighting each other.

Ronda Rousey’s next fight is slated to face undefeated contender Cat Zingano as the co-main event bout at UFC 182 on January 3, headlined by light heavyweight champion Jon “Bones” Jones and challenger Daniel “DC” Cormier.

While it is obvious that Ronda Rousey’s next fight will be happening at the UFC’s women’s bantamweight division, analyst Joe Rogan is not closing his doors on the possibility of “Rowdy” facing male bantamweight contender Bryan Caraway.

“I think it should be legal to ride bulls, I think it should be legal to jump BMX, you should be able to do whatever the f**k you wanna do,” Rogan said during the October 25 edition of “I think a 135-pound chick should be able to fight a 135 pound dude.”

Caraway and Rousey have had a history of conflict with each other. Both fighters crossed paths during the filming of the 18 season of The Ultimate Fighter reality show in September 2013. Caraway is also the boyfriend of Rousey’s former rival, UFC women’s bantamweight contender Miesha Tate.

As far back as 2012, both fighters have been trading barbs with each other. Caraway seemingly initiated the exchange when he spoke ill of Rousey on Twitter.

“if [Rousey] wants to challenge a man I’ll knock her teeth dwn (sic) her throat the (sic) break her arm!” Caraway , which was eventually deleted.

As expected, “Rowdy” was up for the challenge.

“I’d have been down,” the reigning UFC women’s champion.

The back-and-forth exchange between Rousey and Caraway seemed to draw Rogan’s attention as the former “Fear Factor” host believes that enough talking can only lead to an actual bout between the two.

“I think if Ronda Rousey and Bryan Caraway talked enough s**t and they decided to go at it, I don’t have any problem with that if they both agree to it,” Rogan said.
