For the hardware and OS, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 has a dual core clocked at 1 GHz. The chipset that comes along is the TI OMAP 4430 and it supports a 1 GB of RAM and has multiple options of internal memory: 8GB, 16GB and 32GB (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card). The Nexus 7 sports a superior primary camera, as well as a secondary one.
