The crime drama series, Sons of Anarchy is rumored to be out with its prequel starring British actor, Charlie Hunnam, according to Christian Today.
The next installment is speculated to have a new character in the role of Charlie’s father. Charlie Hunnam plays the character of Jax Teller in the drama series. The prequel is rumored to focus more on Jax’s father, John Teller.
Crossmap reported that the actor who is rumored to play the role of Charlie’s father in the upcoming prequel is Brad Pitt. The new episodes from the series will also focus on John Teller’s relationship with Piney.
Kurt Sutter, producer and screen writer of the crime series revealed that the prequel story of Sons of Anarchy will run for around 10-12 episodes. He revealed that the series will revolve around the dynamics of John Teller and Piney and also about the country environment during the time these two characters meet.
The prequel is also rumored to revolve around the perception of the war; it’s after effects and the club members actions during war times in Vietnam, reported Deadline .
He also said that the key to the success of the prequel will be how efficiently he connects the dots between the two series. Kurt also revealed that the prequel will feature a new angle to story with the same base storyline.
Entertainment Weekly reported that the prequel to Sons of Anarchy will be based more in the olden period during the Vietnam war and that the look and feel of the series will be little historic. The prequel is also rumored to showcase Jax’s character just before he joins the Mayan club.
“It’s always about character and relationship,” said Sutter, reported E Online . “As it was always with the sons. The outlaw motorcycle club became the backdrop to a very conflicted hero. That is what will happen here.”
