Tracy Morgan FXX Show Won’t Be Going Anywhere

Tracy Morgan remains in critical but stable condition at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital after his limo bus was slammed into by a Walmart tractor trailer, according to.

It’s been four days since the car accident, which left the comedian with various injuries, including broken ribs and a broken leg.

Morgan’s mentor and close friend, James McNair, was killed in the crash that took place near Cranbury Township, N.J. while two other passengers were seriously injured.

The driver of the vehicle that reportedly struck the limo-bus, Kevin Roper, is to appear in state court in New Brunswick on Wednesday to face death by auto and assault by auto charges, according to

Newsworks.

It has been reported that the “30 Rock” actor’s deal for a 30-minute FXX channel sitcom is unaffected by the car accident that occurred over the weekend.

“The only thing we are concerned with is the health and recovery of Tracy Morgan and the victims of this tragic accident,” stated a rep from FX Networks and FX Productions.

The rep added, “At the point when Tracy has recovered and decides that he is ready to go back to work, his show will be waiting for him.”

The 45-year-old SNL alum reportedly made an agreement with FXX in April for a 10-episode order of his untitled show, which is produced by the team behind “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.”

The show was scheduled to begin production in August for a planned launch in January.
