Blizzard has confirmed a new zone for World of Warcraft new expansion; Warlords of Draenor is revived with a larger world and extended gameplay.
Blizzard revealed a brand-new zone for its Warlords of Draenor expansion in World of Warcraft, a jungle with a very hostile environment. The Tanaan Jungle initiates newbies into dangerous terrain, ensuring challenging campaigns and skirmishes.
Developers reveal the Tanaan Jungle is as dangerous as it gets, where even the plants have teeth. The new Warlords of Daenor zone is also home to Orc warlords and heroes, all of which are likely to attack invading hosts by default.
Grommash Hellscream, Kilrogg Deadeye, and Kargath Bladefist are but a few of the characters players should expect in Tanaan. New classes and abilities are played in different context in Tanaan, even for those in their high levels (90s). Blizzard assures average players and newcomers will have a fighting chance in the new zone, especially as part of team-ups.
World of Warcraft new expansion has already gained an estimated 1 million pre-orders. The
Blizzard official site offers a tease of what players should expect:
“To establish a foothold on Draenor once they’ve arrived, the displaced champions of the Horde and Alliance will be able to construct their own Garrison, an expandable, customizable stronghold that will serve as each player’s personal base of operations throughout the course of the expansion. As the Garrison grows, players will be able to recruit NPC allies and followers to take up residence, gathering resources and embarking on missions on the player’s orders.”
New and returning players are given the jumpstart of instant participation, allowed to immediately boost one character to level 90 (with a new character to choose from the roster). Blizzard ensures newbies are instantly up to speed and competent enough to stand side-by-side (or against) seasoned players (
